Information Services Corporation has provided links to a couple of articles regarding Corporate Registry updates that have come into effect recently. The first is regarding returned submissions and the second on enforcement changes:
All Corporate Registry submissions that are returned to customers for correction must be re-submitted and received within 30 days from the date of the returned submission correspondence. If the submission is not received within this 30-day period, it will be considered to have been abandoned/cancelled and will expire.
Effective October 4, 2017 the Corporate Registry is making changes to the way annual returns and renewals are enforced.
