This webinar will cover the basics of Compliance from an in-house perspective. The speaker will cover the elements of an effective compliance program as well as an overview of key US and Canadian legislation pertaining to anti-corruption compliance and recent cases based on those laws.
David Krebs is Senior Counsel, Compliance at GE Healthcare, a provider of medical imaging, diagnostic and biopharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, headquartered in Pollards Wood, U.K. David is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and is responsible for Compliance at the Life Sciences business unit of GE Healthcare globally. He was based in Uppsala, Sweden from 2011-2016.
