From the Court of Queen’s Bench:

The Court of Queen’s Bench would like to remind members to comply with Court of Queen’s Bench Sub-Rule 13-34(5).  That is to say, when an affidavit including attached exhibits is longer than 25 pages,  then either each exhibit must be tabbed, or the pages of the affidavit and all of its exhibits must be numbered using a single set of numbers.   Where an affidavit is filed by fax and the pages of the affidavit and exhibits exceed 25 pages, then the faxed affidavit and exhibits must be numbered using a single set of numbers.  A tab is a marker that extends beyond the edge of the tabbed paper.
