The Saskatchewan Cases Database produced by the Law Society Library has over 25,000 Saskatchewan cases with digests and enhanced indexing. The database is available for free on the Law Society’s website. Back in 1993, the database, in a much different format, was available only to members and not quite for free. For a setup fee of $110 and an hourly charge of $45, in addition to dialup charges, members in the province could connect by modem via Datapac to the LINE system (Legal Information Network Extension) to search the database. We’ve come a long way.
