Cutting Edge Technology 1979 (Throwback Thursday)

Posted on

An article in the 1979 February issue of the Canadian Lawyer Magazine featured some “all-new, all-purpose line of time-saving gizmos“. Have a look at the “portable mini” Olivetti TES 401 word-processor that is anything but “mini”, or the Olympia 6010 memory typewriter that can store a few thousand characters and cost $6,500. We quite often forget how rapid computing technology advances until we go back and look at old technology.
