Case Mail volume 17, no. 7 (April 1) is now available on the Law Society website. Produced by the Law Society Library, Case Mail is a free semi-monthly electronic newsletter of digests of Saskatchewan cases with links to fulltext decisions on CanLII. Numerous areas of law are covered including R v. Stricker, 2014 SKCA 129, in which the Court of Appeal held that the trial judge erred in law by convicting the appellant of trafficking without making the necessary findings of fact required for the mental element of the offence.
