Canada’s Proposed Antiterrorism Act: An Assessment

Authors Craig Forcese and Kent Roach have teamed up with Irwin Law to launch an archive of materials collected and prepared in response to different aspects of Bill C-51. The project, Canada’s Proposed Antiterrorism Act: An Assessment,  is also seeking to crowdsource feedback, critiques, suggestions and observations from other lawyers and legal scholars.
